Important Information About Amendments
- All booking amendments are subject to availability and the individual supplier’s terms and conditions
- Changes cannot be guaranteed, especially close to travel dates
- Approved amendments may incur:
- A booking change fee
- Additional supplier‑imposed fees (including cancellation or reissue charges)
You will be advised of any applicable fees at the time the change is requested.
Time Restrictions on Changes
- Some changes may not be accepted within certain timeframes, depending on supplier rules
- Late amendment requests may be declined entirely
Cancellations and Fees
- Cancellations can incur fees of up to 100% of the total booking value, depending on:
- The type of service booked
- The date of cancellation
- Supplier cancellation policies
- Failure to cancel or no‑show bookings will still incur charges
- Once cancelled, refunds (if applicable) are subject to supplier approval and timing
Payment and Automatic Cancellations
- If full payment is not received by the due date, the booking may be cancelled automatically
- Standard cancellation fees may then apply
Refund Processing
- Refunds are governed by the supplier’s terms and conditions
- Where payment has already been sent to the supplier, refunds can only be processed after funds are received back from that supplier
- Government taxes, port charges, and surcharges may change until final payment is made and documents are issued
